just wondering does anyone has any experience with energie gym or integral fitness in Drogheda.
i am looking into joining at the moment.
what are the staff, equipment, facilities like.
can you join for just 6 months on a direct debit option, is there a joining fee.
i tried emailing them but got no reply and when i ring they just want someone to call me back which doesnt suit when you are at work.

I was in Integral for 6 months. the staff are sound, pool/spa area is decent. lots and lots of weights/cardio machines. Only downside to the place was it seemed to run out of water now and again, which sucked.

I was looking for a student membership and there was a huge difference between themselves and energie(like about half the price!)

I'm a member at Integral. It's pretty good in most respects however if you don't know your way around a gym you really are in trouble as there NEVER is an instructor on the floor. You will get shown around once and it seems after that you are on your own as staff seem to busy hanging out in reception area to be bothered about whats going on in the gym itself. However if you know your way around a gym you'll be fine as equipment is modern and well maintained.

My dad's good friends with one of the lads who owns Integral. I've heard good reviews about it from mates of mine.
