Pins and Needles after back pain

    Hi Guys,

I woke up last night with pins and needles in my whole body. This passed after a few minutes.

This morning I have them constant in my right foot and my left hand. They are very slight and not causing any discomfort.

Last week, I had lower back pain that has moved into my right leg now. I also this morning have a sore neck on the left hand side.

Is this a trapped nerve? If so, will Physio sort it for me?

    Thanks,

    C

Can't tell from here. You'll be better off going to see someone about it.
