The caller said the tower will be blown to pieces at 9:30 local time. (8:30 here) Not long now. I'm betting on no explosion.

Yes a truck bomb is crude and easy and it's not the way to bring down a tower but it's a great way to blow the face off a building and kill lots of people out in the open.
