Raw Food Galway

    Hi,

    Just wondering if any of you guys know if there is a Raw Food Course in Galway or even a raw food group that swaps recipes?

    Also if there are any Raw Foodies on here, what would you have for your daily meals on a budget, do you use superfoods, supplements etc?

    I've been reading the benefits of Raw Food & I would love to start it next week. It would be great if there was a course on it.
