    hello, while I went to a naturopath, with a healthy diet and natural pills I healed my gut and my skin. I have IBS. According to my naturopath I hadn´t intestinal flora. Now I have problems again. I have diarrhea and redness and dry skin again. I can not go to my naturopath because it is in my country and it is expensive.
    What I can do?'m Desperate!

    Go back to your healthy diet and see a proper doctor
