Very sad news. I'm currently re-watching Twin Peaks in advance of the new series, which I understand he was also involved in.

Catherine Coulson (the Log Lady) has also passed since the filming the new episodes.

Damn was a great actor, fantastic voice actor for loads of DC cartoon shows, will be missed for new Twin Peaks series.

It's been finished filming for a while now so I'd say he will be in it.

Never realised he was george clooneys cousin.

He was in so much films and tv I've seen! I haven't seen NCIS. I think the Bionic woman was the last role I remember him in a lot.

If you watched NCIS LA you could see him deteriorate each episode this season it was very hard to watch and quiet sad.

    RIP.

i dont watch ncis la but happened to be flicking through the other day and saw him and turned to my dad and said he looks sick.

Sad he was always great in everything i saw him in.

Apart from his iconic Robocop performance I'll always remember Ferrer for his speech advocating non-violence in Twin Peaks:

    'I love you Sheriff Truman.'

    Valerie Gaunt.

Died in November. As she only appeared in two films - Hammer's 'The Curse of Frankenstein' and 'Dracula' - she fits the bill for "less famous people...".

Ah but what two - the films that really made Hammer.

Ah yeah, the remake with Michelle Ryan, pity it didnt go on further, as she wasn't the first Eastenders actress to feature in Tv/Movies.

RIP. He's one of those people I thought had already died.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Ah hell one of my favourites from childhood - MTM show and Lou Grant were great. She deserves a place for being along with Lucille Ball one of the few female stars to make sure she used her clout to add programmes to the marketplace and create success for others at an industry level.

She was outstanding in 'Ordinary People'. Such a great part for her; a complete departure from the roles she was most known for on television.

    RIP.

Also the Michael Douglas replacement in Street of San Francisco (nothing like as good of course and the series was on it's last legs by then)
