I'm fed up with porridge for breakfast, I eat too much of it and I have oats mixed with protein after breakfast anyway so I was looking for high kcal breakfasts, on a bulk so need the kcals.

    Anyone got anything to suggest?

Bacon and eggs! Why didn't I think of this myself?

    Thanks Stench!

    Bratwurst Scramble
2 Bratwurst Diced (Aldi sell nice ones cheap in chilled meat section), 1 Pepper Diced, 4 Eggs (add more or less depending on calorie requirements), Black Pepper & Mixed herbs to taste.

I've eaten that almost every day for the last 3 months - I don't seem to get sick of it - filling as hell too :D

ive been having a smoothie lately for breakfast. some coconut milk, whey protein powder, water (or coconut water.. tasty coconut water), bit of spinach, flaxseed, oatmeal... it's amazeballs and usually comes in around 6-700 calories
    filling as all hell too
