Called in here yesterday when I was down in Galway, liked the look of the place. Even though for a Warehouse it feels quiet cramped (lot of stuff in there)
of course, I forgot my camera.

yea, its looks impressive alright, seems to be a lot of interest in it so Id say it will be mental busy for the first few weeks/months anyway, more than likely will join once my current membership runs out in another Galway gym

I'm in the first picture. Blue white and red O'Neills jacket. I was filming the qualifiers for my youtube channel.

Just put up a (ropy) video there. Anyways you can see three safety squat bars and racks, a big rig, Oly bars with heavy chains, battle ropes, three power racks , benches, load of dbs in the room next door, a sprint track, oh and three treadmills somewhere.

Finally a decent size gym in Galway, gonna take a look at this place, hopefully they look after it better than the Kingfisher NUIG which just seems to be neglected completely and the free weights area is abysmal

Is this a open gym or class based set up? Looks pretty nuts either way!

Crossfit is a trade marked name used as a sales tool. You want to use it to sell, pay for that right.
