I doubt a lawyer can even send a cease and dismiss whatever the letter is a called. He looks like he agreed to the picture. Plus it's will be hard to prove he isn't a prick with the way he acts in the show

Well he could have called him it to his face but it wouldn't have came out as clearly in the picture... I seriously doubt anyone would be afraid to say boo to Phil, I've watched Tallifornia, he's not exactly intimidating.
