So today is my first day.
Usually at this time I would have had 4 puffs - really missing them.

OH took me away at wkend and as I knew I was stopping today I went a little tad crazy.

I start work at 2 so I usually only smoked 2 between 2-12 anyway so for once I am actually looking forward to going to work as I think I will find it a little easier.

Fingers crossed I succeed this time.

    OMG its a tough one.

I has a wedding earlier this month so I gave in to peer pressure (basicially I failed).

But I'm now on day 15 and have no relapses.
