Eating and emm toilet issues

Sorry for bring this topic up but im in need of a bit of advice.

I've always been a good gym goer but always just cardio and i became skinny, 6ft3 12 & half stone. So for the past 8 weeks i've been lifting pretty intensively, 5/6 days a week and cardio 3 times a week. I'm pretty happy with how things are going, i now weigh closer to 13 & half stone...not all muscle but a bit of belly fat too because i've been eating so much.

My typical diet and schedule is:
Breakfast - Protein Shake and Oatmeal
Lunch - I try to stay health as i can but it varies from rolls to rice bowls
    Mid-day snack - Oatmeal
    Hit the gym
Straight after the gym - Protein shake
Dinner - Brown Rice and chicken

But my issue is i go to the toilet to poop several times a day. I'd eat my lunch and about an hour after i'd take a sizable dump (sometimes in the morning). An hour or two after that i may need to go again, but it'd be very small. I'd eat oatmeal, soon after i'd have to go again for a small poop to relive myself before i hit the gym. After dinner i'd go again for another small poop. I only get slightly bloated at times nothing major.

I'm kinda new to sorting out my diet so i don't know what is typical or normal cos i'm not used to eating so much. Am i doing something glaringly wrong? Could it be the protein shakes that are causing this? Something else?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Between your two servings of oatmeal, your breadroll and your rice, you are eating too many grains. They have a nice bit of fiber in them but four servings a day would probably explain your problem.

Cutting your servings down to 1-2 would be a great start and replace them with veggies, which you seem to be lacking big time. Veg has fiber too, so you're not gonna get constipated by suddenly eating loads of it. You also seem to be lacking fats too.

After another look, your diet actually seems terrible. Between no veg, no natural fat sources and protein predominantly coming from supplements, you're probably lacking in many vitamins and minerals. Think of a well balanced diet, e.g. fruit, veg, meat, dairy, eggs and try to have at least a bit of everything first.
