    seem to read about these everywhere but dont know how to do them. any good videos to watch on youtube that are short and to the point and dont ramble on for ten minutes each

    No ten minute video so. Thing with squats is to get someone who know what they're on about to show you. Correct your movement and generally help out for the first few times. Watch the link, ask an instructor.

    I watched that several times just to be sure but those squats are terrible, not even to parallel and the hip instability is appalling. I will watch it again just to be sure.
