    Hi all,

    I have been using Maximuscle Cyclone for the past month but it's very expensive and I don' think I need everything it provides every day.

    At the moment I played indoor soccer twice a week, play a rugby match at weekends, and twice a week I lift weights and have rugby training on the same day. Sometimes I go to the gym once as well on the weekend.

    I am trying to build muscle mass(I'm 13 stone now, trying to get to 14/14.5 stone) but stay fit at the same time.

    Do you think it would be a good idea to have a protein shake (ON Whey protein) twice a day when I'm training, once when not training, and take creatine tablets in the morning on days that I weight train?

    Any help would be appreciated!!! :)
