    I know its a stupid question but are the mc donald's chicken wraps healthly for you. They have salad and all that. I think I know the answer but I could be wrong.

    Just looked it up on myfitnesspal and they have 11grams of fat, 365 calories, 41grams of carbs and 24 grams of protein. Not too bad I suppose ;-)

    Big difference between the grilled chicken one, and the crispy chicken wraps.

    Chicken and bacon has more calories than a big mac or a quarter with cheese

    OP In fairness a calorie isnt a calorie so if ya are looking for healthy avoid anything with double figure grams of sugar


    Low fat muffin has more sugar than a bottle of coke 39g !

    nice bit of protein in a double quater pounder though 49g and not a ridicilious amt of sugar for mcdonalds 9g


    Would be better if it broke down the kinds of fat
