Clothes, both the wardrobe full thereof which I want to continue to fit into and that feeling in the changing room when an item fits perfectly.

at first it was to lose weight as I was a big girl :o never had much confidence and wanted to do something about it so I suppose that motived me at the start.
lost the weight I wanted to lose and now working on sticking to a healthy lifestyle, getting strong and getting a nice physique :P

What motivates me now is just the "feel good" factor, as sad as it may sound I generally feel crap if I don't get a few workouts in each week, or if I eat crap food.
I have more energy, confidence and feel better about myself inside and out when I work out and stick to a healthy lifestyle.
So yeah the "feel good" factor is what motivates me :D

My motivation was too loose weight - I was a very big girl. Now I'm about a stone off target and I'm trying to tone up and get stronger, which is more about appearance and confidence - like SunnyDub, I now start to go stir crazy if I've not gone to KBs or managed to swim.
My health and personal relationships are much better as well, plus I never want to go back to being the way I was, the thought of size 20/22 trousers again keeps me off the beer and on the rowing machine!

The fact I have 12inch arms and nearly 25inch legs :pac:

I hate my small framed appearance so changing that keeps me motivated.

I want to look better naked, feel better in general & live longer. Plus, I enjoy working out. I used to do it as a means to an end, now I find I actually enjoy the process. Maybe I'm "maturing", heaven forbid??

    To add to the pump

It's as satisfying to me as, uh, coming is, you know? As, ah, having sex with a woman and coming. And so can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like, uh, getting the feeling of coming in a gym, I'm getting the feeling of coming at home, I'm getting the feeling of coming backstage when I pump up, when I pose in front of 5,000 people, I get the same feeling, so I am coming day and night. I mean, it's terrific. Right? So you know, I am in heaven.
