Anyone have advice on what to do training wise after receiving mulitple injuries in an accident? How will i ease my way back to it when im fully recovered? I dont want to over do anything at start. I train across a range of sport disciplines, i havent being training for 6 weeks now and ive gone from super fit to zero.

I hope someone can offer me advice.

I dont know the extent of your injuries, or how they will affect your training. So it is hard to advise, and we cannot give anything resembling medical advice anyway.

A friend of mine had very serious injuries in a car crash, and went back to a gentle level of his sport disciplines initially, building up depending on how his body was healing and feeling. He was back racing at his pre-accident level within 8 months. Now, none of that relates to you, as your case is different, but it can help to know others have been through it and come out the other side.

How you recover will depend on your injuries, your recovery, and your mental toughness to get out and do it. If I were you, I would find a good sports physio/s&c coach to help with recovery specific exercise.
