Need help coming up with a decent diet

    Howdy people so basically I've been going to the gym every day since the 1st of January I'm about 190lbs in weight or 13 stone, whichever you prefer, I was just wondering could you guys help me out with a decent diet to go along with this?

    I was thinking something along the lines of
    Some form of cereal or porridge, or a smoothie for breakfast
    Snack on fruit during the day - apples bananas grapes
    Chicken fillet and mixed veg for dinner

    And as for tea I'm at a loss

    So any help would be greatly appreciated

    Have a read of the stickies here. Work out how many calories you should be eating.

    Try limit the amount of processed food you eat (cereals etc). Try eat a source of protein and a healthy fat with each meal.

    If you are stuck for ideas you could buy a cook book like this one.

    When you've figured out what kinda stuff you'll be eating, post it back here and we can critique it for you :)
