Running + Guarana

    I bought some guarana in the health shop over the weekend. I read an article a while ago saying that it increases energy and helps your running. The capsules are 600 mg and it says to take 2/3 per day. When are you supposed to take these? Is it a while before you run? or do you take them in the morning?
