Grasping at straws here. On some special diet that forbids me to have most things.
    No spuds,
    eggs,
    wheat,
    carrots,
    peanuts,
    Cod,
    Plaice,
    Milk (cows goats & sheep),
    Rice,
    Barley,
    brazil nut,
    Cashew nut,
    peanut,
    Beans,
    Soya,
    peas,
    yeast.......

Lots of stuff. Would be easier to input what I can into a menu generator and go shop for that like.

No porridge based suggestions please. I'm all porridged out!

Eat This Much does it I think - it doesn't work for me properly in Internet Explorer so I'm going by memory.

Think it lets you enter a list of foods you CAN have though, and generates meals / shopping list (some of that might be a paid service now...)

    Worth a look though!

unless it's due to allergies or some other serious medical reason, I think it's a bit stupid omitting so many things from your diet.

I haven't used this site since it was starting out, but I think it's pretty much what you're looking for.

Thanks people. Had a look at those two alright. First time it recommended a tuna sammich even though I told it I can't eat wheat! (Can eat oat bread, but it's PYUK). Finding lots of recipes that need soy, rice, and all the stuff I can't eat.

    This suggestion works though!

I'll keep hitting refresh to see what turns up.

Can I ask why you are on that restriction?

Took a blood test for food allergies/intolerances . Sure some people are going to look down their noses at me for doing so. But I can bluddy breath again. Hallelujah.

    That's a long list

How about some soups: brocolli and blue cheese spinach and sweet potato, spicy parsnip (I make this one with coconut milk), butternut squash...

Shepards pie topped with mashed swede
Currys/ stir frys with cauliflower rice
    Mushroom masala
If you can have lentils and root veg:

Using butternut squash, sweet potato, swede
    Aubergine and spinach curry:

    Oat pancakes used as wraps

I'm veggie so my suggestions were a bit veg based but I'm sure you could add chicken/prawns to most things :D

Can you genuinley not eat all those foods or are you just basing it off the allergy results? Lot of times those allregy results will tell you allergic to anything that you've recently had. You could try a food elimination and reintroduction diet to try figure what and what you can't exactly eat.

That's the plan like. Over the next three months or so. (or longer?)

You need to eliminate just one food at a time in order to be sure of the results. Omit for 4 to 6 weeks and then reintroduce carefully for a 2-3 weeks. If there is no improvement when you omit the food and there is no deterioration when you reintroduce it, then you know you are ok with that food and you can add it back on to the list.

Your list is very long. You need to be careful that you aren't missing out on key nutrients. For a diet this severe I strongly recommend doing the food exclusion under the advice of a dietician.

Could be right there. I'll try this way since I've already started like. Known for a long time what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Spuds, pastas, dairies, peanuts. They all give me incredible grief. I'm not surprised the list is so long. I'm just happy to get a nights sleep and breath normally during the day!
