I've been diagnosed with a torn Teres muscle. It's been six weeks since initial diagnosis but its been about 18 months in coming. Playing golf 2 years.

Anyway I'm looking for a reccomendation for a Physio who specialises in fixing this injury. They have to have strong experience in dealing with this specific case and not just theoretical knowledge.

My current Physio is excellent in most things but maybe lacking in this level of experience. I just don't seem to be improving at any rate.

Any help is much obliged as always fellow boardies.

    Where are you located?

If you're in central Dublin you could try Pearse Street Physio http://www.pearsestreetphysio.com. They're more focused on sports rehabilitation than most other physios I've been to.

Thanks Doug. I'm in Kildare but I can travel anywhere I need to go to get the correct help.
