    Evening all,

Theres so much info on the internet its difficult to seoarate the good and bad advice so I thought I'd ask here.

I'm currently in a fat burning phase and what I'm looking for is a basic education of pre-cooking food to use for healthy lunches during the week. I can cook and I am decent enough but I'm quite clueless when it comes to how long food keeps for etc. Can I cook a load of food on a Sunday and store it and use it throughout the week for low calorie lunches?

Are there any sites that give tips in relation to the above or handy meals that I could pre-cook and then throw into the lunchbox in 5 minutes in the mornings?

    Thanks.
