Would you benefit from some mentoring?

This is mainly for recent grads/those looking to become professional web designers. There's a few Q's near the end for those of you already established.

Do you think you'd benefit from a fortnightly/monthly mentor?

Would one-to-one or group sessions be preferable?

What would you like the mentor for? To look over your code? For general advice? Helping you to understand best practices? All the above?

What do you find is your biggest challenge in becoming a full time web designer? (Finding the work is an acceptable answer :pac:)

Got a few ideas for a side project or two and looking to see what kind of stuff is in demand/would be useful.

To those of you who are already established in the field: what would you have liked help/mentoring with when you first started out? What was your biggest challenge?
