Interesting tutorial on rebuilding eGo-C Heads: With Tin Foil and Silica Rope

    As an unhappy camper at the site of eGo-C atomizer heads (after just about an hours use I got that awful burnt taste with three of them - one was an original Joyetech atomizer head and the other two were 'fake' atty heads: but all three had the same nasty outcome).

    I haven't used any eGo atomizer since but I will be following the advice of artyeva which is in the following thread:

    but as Home Store & More say: "When they're gone, they're gone!"


    So, what will the solution be for me?
    And for anyone else still hell-bent enough on purchasing the eGo-C in the future or for anyone else like myself who is anxious about the cash they've already spent on something they're currently unable to use/rectify?

    I give you a cheapskate rebuild tutorial, which if works correctly could save a small fortune on rebuilding the heads with Kanthal or the like.
    It uses TIN FOIL and silica rope (an actual rope ie; lots of it = cost feck all).

    I thought about other members of the forum here aswell - those who rebuild different brands of atomizer may be able to do it cheaper, as I know Kanthal/stainless steel Mesh wire etc are routinely talked about here.


    Anyone with a little spare time/patience who has an old eGo-C atty head lying about, some wick and some tin foil (who hasn't got tin foil - some cling film snobs maybe?), I'd love to hear how it goes for you.
