Looking for some advise / critique of my diet. I'm 230lbs, 6 foot, bf at 28%. Currently training cardio twice a week and weights 3 - 4 times.

    Breakfast: porridge

    Snack: Apple , yoghurt, tea

    Snack: 10 almonds

Lunch: Tuna wrap/brown sandwich or chicken salad or chicken breast and 3 eggs.

    Snack: apple

    Snack: protein shake

Dinner: bolognese with brown pasta/rice or chicken/steak veg and mash

Snack: (don't usually eat after dinner but if I do) rice cake with 100% natural peanut butter and jam or sometimes some brown soda bread and jam.

I seem to be constantly dropping 2lbs per week but would like to up that a little bit

    Any thoughts or advise?

    how many calories is it?

I don't know to be honest. I've never really counted calories. How would you count stuff that doesn't come in a packet, like the bolognese or potatoes?

You input the individual ingredients into a website like myfitnesspal etc.

is 2 pounds per week not a realistic/substantial amount of weight to be losing?
If you try to lose say extra pound or 2 a week, do you not think that would be over doing it.

You need to find out. Weight loss is basic maths. You put more calories in than you use the excess goes on your belly. Eat less than you use and it gets taken off your belly.

Learn how many calories you need a day. Eat less than that. Lose weight.

The food is ok, there's a lot if snacks there, but nobody can judge it without quantities.
That said, if you are losing 2lb a week your quantities are ok imo and you shouldn't eat any less
