Is anyone interested in a Cheltenham Tipping Competition. If ya want to have a go fire away lads. Got the idea off Hoganstand.com

How To Play
Each day, select one horse from each race and post your predictions on this thread. To get the maximum reward, post before 1.30pm each day.

How To Score
The scoring system is complicated but fair.

Lets say you pick a horse and it wins at 2/1, then you get two points. So:
2/1 winner - 2.00 points
10/1 winner - 10.00 points
8/11 winner - 0.73 points

Also should you pick a horse and it places (first 2 for 5-7 runners, first 3 for 8-15 runners, first 4 for 16+ runners), you will be rewarded with points 1/4 of the odds. So:
2/1 placed - 0.50 points
10/1 placed - 2.50 points
8/11 placed - 0.18 points

Also every day, you should select one NAP and if this wins, you get treble points you would per the above cases. If you do not enter a NAP, then you shall NAP your selection in the feature race by default.

Just post your predictions like this thread sample as follows:

2.05 -6- Sprinter Sacre
2.40 -15- Alfie Sherrin
3.20 -8- Rock On Ruby
4.00 -6- Balthazar King
4.40 -5- Quevega
5.15 -1- Hunt Ball

Please include the racecard number of the horse as well as the horse's name.

Unlikely Scenarios
1. If you pick a non-runner, then you have no selection in that particular race
2. If there is a Rule 4, then it will be ignored
3. If a result is changed, then it's the amended result that stands for the purpose of this competition
