I have contacted their support twice and contacted them on Facebook and Twitter. I am still waiting on a reply.
I can use the app to log runs but I just cannot log onto the website. Every time I put in my username & password I get the following page. As you can see it is not very informative on what the issue is.

I had loads of problems with them resulting with me moving to runtastic. It is great.0 -
