Soundproofing party walls

I have been given two quotes for sound-proofing the party walls of my terrace house. Both quotes have similar approaches, but use different materials so it would be great to get feedback on which approach would be best at blocking airborne sound... I've had a few requests about this lately, but unfortunately the company that did my soundproofing have shut up shop. It's a tough business and I think people are expecting 100% reduction in noise rather than the more realistic 80% which is normally achievable.

So don't PM me any more about the company please
