Is there a better way to calculate calorie intake instead of using online calculators that just ask your weight and age. Im 175 pounds but the calculator doesn't know that im 6 foot 3 and skinny.

Is it all trial and error rather than depending on online calculators.

I don't think height will make a "significant" difference.
Two people, same stats except that one is 6'3" and the other 5'8" will have similar BMRs. If there is a small difference it will be lost in the variances within activity energy and calorie intake anyway.

I'd imagine leanness would affect BMR more than height. But even ALL attributes were identical, there could still be variance between individuals.
Above all else, nobody has ever failed to reach their goals because their BMR estimation was off by 50 calories.

What Mellor said was pretty much correct.

If you are still looking for one though I recommend THIS ONE
