Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Somebody here recommended Sparkpeople when I was enquiring about a weight loss programme. Well, thank you very much! and I mean that sincerely. I started in October and have lost 2 stone in that time. I hit a bit of a wall and stayed the same weight for 5 weeks (groan) but without changing anything, I've started losing again. Just half a stone more to go.

    But I'd never have got this far without somebody here's advice.
