Solarfocus Therminator Pellet Vacuum Problems

    Hello,
    I am new to the forum. I recently constructed a new house and we opted for pellet and log heating. My experience so far ( 3 months ) has been frustrating.

    My pellets are delivered from the silo to the day hopper by vacuum, and every 2 weeks or so it gets blocked, or some other problem occurs that requires a restart.

    Does anyone have any experience of the SolarFocus Therminator? When it works its great. When it doesn't our house cools down after 1 - 2 days, but the DHW gets cold fast.

    I am not sure if it is a pellet quality issue, a recommissioning issue or something else - there are apparently thousands of these working happily in Austria.

    Did you try changing pellet supplier? Or maybe consider utilizing the log burning capabilities and get some seasoned logs?
