Done Greystones to Laragh and back via Newtownmountkennedy and got a bit lost, 84k !, steep enough climb just beyond Kilmacanogue on the way out, I presume this is "The long Hill" which is first climb on Wicklow 200 ?, need to get the climbs into the legs, prancing about doing flat spins isn't gonna get me around
