Was just going to post that.

One of my favourite managers of all time.

    RIP Paul.

    RIP.

I think a weakened undertaker should finally lose his streak over this.. his mentor's passing all too coincidal with his own return. most fitting tribute I can think of.

Very sad news. A great manager, all round entertainer and certain HOF'er.

    RIP Paul

He was a brilliant heel manager, at his best with the taker but great with yoko also.

Comical but so over the top.

    Will be missed.

RIP Paul, I hope in the best possible way, your ashes will be placed in the urn you carried.

Just a couple of days ago I was watching a few shoot interviews on Youtube, I ended up watching an interview of William with Jim Cornette, also stumbled across a video of him telling a joke to Jerry Lawler. Seemed a very down to earth and funny character. He was only 58 too.

    R.I.P

    Shocked at this.........

Will always remember when Taker attacked Hogan in the Funeral Parlour, and ripped his chain off..........

    RIP.

    RIP.

Obviously a minor thing relative to his death but it is a shame he missed out on being inducted in the Hall of Fame. It will be interesting how Undertaker marks his death either next Monday or in his match at Wrestlemania.

    RIP. :(

My favourite manager and I always loved the way he always supported the heel in every feud depending on whether Undertaker was heel or Kane or anybody else. Was just thinking it would be cool if he came out with Undertaker on Monday night given that it was old school RAW.

Very sad and only 58. :(

Well he could/should be put straight into H.O.F, would be great if it was undertaker who inducted him aswell

Great character back in the day and one of WWE's wittier character names too.

    RIP Paul Bearer

Hope Taker and/or Kane acknowledge him next Monday night. Maybe even in a backstage scene where they meet each other and talk about it without having to break character too much.

I'm devastated over this. Paul was my favourite manager. RIP. I hope he's acknowledged properly come Monday. Be nice to see him inducted to the HOF too.

He was a fantastic manager and scared the crap out of me when I was younger.

I know he wasn't in great health lately but would have loved for him to be in Taker's corner for Mania, with Heyman in Punk's corner, could've had some great interactions.

    RIP.

This came out of nowhere, absolutely shocked. RIP buddy, you were a huge part of wrestling and will be sorely missed
Hope Taker does some sort of tribute for him at Mania

Taker vs Punk should be main event and let Kane help Taker beat off Punk and the Shield and the show should end with a huge tribute to him. Hall of Fame awaits him, hopefully this years.

    RIP

One of those cartoonish characters from the early 90s that made wrestling fascinating for a kid like myself at the time.

Could easily argue he was the linchpin in one of wrestling's greatest stories/feud (Taker V Kane)

    RIP

What?! This is terrible news! Very shocking and saddening to hear about the passing of such a memorable performer as Bill Moody A.K.A. Percy Pringle A.K.A. Paul Bearer.

I was very saddened to hear this. I think he had done well to deal with his weight issues the last few years and for this to happen is really very sad indeed. One of the most entertaining managers the WWE has had. I loved his double act with Taker in the months following WM20. RIP.

Would be really cool if Kane and Taker shared a moment on the next Raw and paid homage to him in some way.

    Sad news indeed.

Personally I don't think Taker would have been nearly as successful if he hadn't had Bearer at his side.

    RIP.

Me neither. I dare say a lot of the mainstream audience; the "Dad's" who remember only a few characters, assosiate the two together.

One of those people absolutely meant for Pro Wrestling. Look at him, how could he have been anything other than an over the top, mad heel manager.
