Oats with seeds/nuts combined with protein shake is my usual. or put the whey into the porridge.
failing that or on weekends I have something with a load of eggs involved. Scrambled eggs with protein pancakes is a favourite.

Spinach and mushroom omelette can be a great high protein meal and easy and relatively quick to make

Beans are a good source of protein as well, nice with your scrambled eggs or combine eggs with smoked salmon or mackerel.
