    I`ve starting doing kettlebell classes,

Is it ok to do them in consecutive days.. i.e. less than 24hours between classes (about 22hours...?)

I`ve always heard about this 24hours rest, or day on, day off rule...just wondering what you folks think :)

    Thanks.

What are you doing with the kettlebell?
    Swings, presses, squats?

    How heavy a KB?

    What weight are you?
    Gender etc?

Tbh, unless you're using a 40kg KB plus, you should be fine to train with KB's on consecutive days.

A combination of the above in a circuit, with box jumps in between.. one handed swing, pushpress, pushpull, squat...Its mainly a fat burning exercise I think

Not very heavy.. used mostly a 12kg as it was my first attempt at a kettle bells circuit

    What weight are you?
about 84kg, but i reckon 10kg of that at least is excess body fat!!

    Gender etc?
    Male

    Grand, thanks.
