What do the learned folks of boards think of this

I've trying to shift some pounds/squidgy inches I gained over Christmas.
At present I have just finished the first 2 weeks of NROLFW, to which I am also doing sprint intervals on tm afterwards. Log here. I also do an hours yoga per week, and a 35-45min home workout (one of Jillian Michaels), but I'm unsure whether I should be doing more cardio to burn off this stubborn layer of fat, esp over mid-section or just persevere with NROL plan....

Or does it matter & it all come down to diet? I eat a pretty strict paleo diet so think it's pretty damn healthy already.

    I think it does.

Even if you eating pretty clean, if you are eating more calories than you burn you will put on weight.
