    Guys has anyone used this method before?? im finding stress on my joints and my lifts have plateaued..any advice??

    The periodisation method? I think it's a much broader term than you realize. If your question relates to doing the same thing all the time and constantly pushing to the limits, you shouldn't do that.

    well Kind of ive never really went for 1rm maxes much i train in the 8-12 rep range and ive gained like 6.5 kg mostly lean since sept kept abs etc..but the lifts have not increased since january at all

    I dont understand the whole term ive read bb articiles but its not clicking with me for some reason?
