getting ripped

    hi all im not sure if im posting this in the right forum but im looking for a fitness programme to get ripped i also need diet info,i have'nt a clue about carbs or how much protein to eat or how many meals a day to have,im 29 5'9 32in waiste 13 stone,i can post a pic if needs be but i dont no how to start or how to go about getting ripped.i have a wedding on a beech in july so i want to look ripped,any tips or help would be appreciated,thanks guys.

    Read the stickies, they contain the basic's to understanding Carbs, Protein,s and fat's, macro's etc .

    Eat a calorific deficit and do HIIT, change it up as often as possible, both food and training .

    That's the really simplistic answer tho, but it will give you a good base line on where to start ..
