quick workout question

    do you know the name of the kind of workout where you use this rope kinda thing and you hang it from your door? their are classes around dublin but i wana buy my own if its easy to set up. the name just excapes my mind right now.

    once i get it i can order one and look up videos so thanks alot

    would this be a good alternative to rejoining the gym? i cant rejoin until august :(

    Very easy to set up it just sits over the top of the door you close the door and that's it.
    Would recommend it definitely its brilliant for its range of exercises especially core work and I would use it on a daily basis .
    But for me it could never replace the gym actually nothing can IMO but its. The best piece of home training I have ever used

    im joining a different gym on monday thats 120 per year in harolds cross. it has TRX equipment for you to use whenever you want. so ill stick with the weights and have a go on trx too :D
