I've just finished reading this book and found it really interesting.

Basically Fuhrman promotes a diet of fruit, veg, beans and legumes with some nuts and seeds. He's very anti meat.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is he just jumping on the diet book bandwagon or is it a good way to live? I ask not from a weight loss perspective but just health wise.
I have no need to lose weight but have severe sugar cravings so am trying to get rid of them. Not succeeding though!
