Front Row Fairies 19 - 13 Couch Potatoes

This was a game won and lost in the penalties. Despite having more possession (54%), more linebreaks (4 to 3) and more turnovers (9-5), the penalty count of 13-6 in favour of FRF was the reason for Couch Potatoes not emerging with a victory.


Yermen 42- 27 Newcastle West

3 converted tries a piece. The 7 penalties for Yermen to 2 for Newcastle made the difference on the score board. Yermen had most of the possession (62%) , 14 line breaks, but for a huge defensive effort by Newcastle (77 tackles) and poor hands by Yermen (7 knock ons and 8 handling errors) they would have been even further out of sight.

Fingal Physicians 13- 40 Dread0s


Dread0s came to town and steamrolled Fingal. They took the ball and spent 26 minutes of the game in Fingals 22. Only for a 9-4 turnover count in Fingals favour, Dread0s would have scored more than their 5 tries.

Kilsough didnt accept the game against Curly Sue Death Squad. No Kilsough official was available for comment at this time, although rumour has it that they are now looking for a new logistics department to ensure this wont happen again

You're right, but then Killarney didn't accept two matches and MWSAG didn't accept one, and its a 2point deduction for non acceptance. That leaves Killarney on 0 and MWSAG on 4.

Maybe I should add a column to include this in table.

i was behind in stars but watching the game im really disappointed with losing. was 24-10 ahead a one stage, was winning up to the 60th min and gave away two penos late on to lose :mad:

Leinster racoons take the #1 spot with a 9-6 win over Polk High! very tight league with ELAT moving up to third from relegation zone. forza juve in 6th place but now a large gap has opened up and looks like MWSAG and Killarney will be relgated baring a serious swing in fortunes.
