Slighty preturbed by the Control + Walk to change stances up or down - would rather press a single key to change up/down a stance, as i do alot when crouched behind a low wall, to go from semi crouched to crouch to lob a shot over.

Anyway issue logged, Upvote if you want to see it changed too.

Mouse wheel would be perfect so this could be combined with that.

That's quite a useful feature if your having trouble knowing your stance.
I have issue with having to stop pressing W to then change stance to semi crouch, then start walking with W again. Its not fluid enough.

Raven shield had it nailed with the middle mouse button.

The above helps you get to the stance you want quicker.

I still play good old raven from time to time, probably will in 10 years time too.

What servers are you guys playing on? I found a few good American wasteland servers. i can play on high and its really smooth, must be a lot better optimised than arma 2.

I actually love the default stance buttons.
I was thinking of Crtl+Mousewheel for zoom without holding breath. ArmA 3's out of breath aim movement is much more noticeable IMO.

Also got my first kill with the prone lean the other day. Happy out!

Guys is there much multiplayer content?
I never enjoyed the co-op missions just fighting ai in arma 2.
If i was to buy into this alpha now are there many servers up and running? what game modes are available?

Quite a lot. Wasteland, Domination, Evo, Warfare - all ported. Lots of co-op missions, TvT missions like Blitzkrieg. Arma 2 stuff (maps included) seems fairly easy to port over, so expect even more over time.

Especially when it's only €24.99, the price will rise closer to the full game release!

Hmm just installed the alpha and no servers showing up.
The top right of the browser screen only shows address LAN, no reference to internet.
    Any ideas? firewall maybe?

Click "Address" on the top right. until it changes to not "LAN".

It would be rude not to insult you for this rather Blonde Faux Paus, so with that in mind, lets hope you're Handsome.
