    The wording on the website suggest a weak diluted Crossfit rip off. I know nothing of it other than that.

    As Hanley said it Looks like a crossfit style place from the vid. Not much info on their site or maybe it's not displaying right on the iPad.

    If it is that type make sure you ask loads of questions about coaches and programming and be happy with what you're signing up to. It is usually pricey so you want to get the best instruction you can and also one that programmes for your goals.

    There's nothing wrong with crossfit once it's run correctly, if it's not run properly then be careful.

    I have been going here for a few years and have got great results.
    The Instructors are qualified at Crossfit and are very helpful.Why not give them a call or visit the warehouse to check it out.
