We are loosing our respite centre for our 11 year son at the end of the month and just wanted to know if any of you guy's/girls knew of any places in Co.Dublin that would be able to take a child in at a moments notice, my wife has MS and we have quite a lot of trips to the hospital but as they are both in wheelchairs and I can only manage one at a time I need somewhere that can take him sometimes for a few hours and sometimes overnight.
Any ideas or options would be great thanks.

Maybe contact the Carers association of Ireland who may be able to help. I know they do offer respite but I think it is more of set times. However they may know of an organisation that offer this service
