Newbie Intro and advice wanted

    Hey all. The Names Brian.

    Now for the questions. Im a massive rugby head and I do like to keep in shape. Im 20, 5'ft 9"ins and approx 60-65 kg

    Thing is my size doesnt exactly assist in my rugby endeavours and playing first team rugby this year I have really felt the step up in physicality.

    I was wondering can anyone suggest any work out programmes where I can build in size/strength but also aquire a toned physique?

    Im a bit of a gym novice and work unsociable hours so my success with gym attendance has been low so far, so home based work outs would be best.

    I have a multi gym and also some benching and dumbell equipment
