    So its time to kick start the fitness routine and get back into some decent shape since we had our baby girl last year.

    First off my stats-
    Age - 35
    Sex - Male
    Weight - 11 st 2
    Height - 5ft 7
    BF - 19%

    My goal - get back to decent fitness and lose the flab and put on some lean muscle.

    Im a black belt in Karate although I havent trained in a year so I need to get back to that. I have my bench and 140KG of olympic weights in the garage along with a heavy bag. Hoping to incorporate some Crossfit training into this training to keep me moving!

    So bring it on!!
