    Fellow strength training aficionados...

I'm looking for advice on bodyweight exercises that I can implement with a GAA team on the field
or just using simple things like footballs, med balls, small hurdles etc
I don't want anaerobic exercises eg burpees. they get plenty of that in small sides games and practice drills
proper core exercises will be welcomed.
we'll be spending 15-20 minutes doing these every session

    Thanks.

    Jumping split squats?
10m sprints with a teamate pulling the player back with a bit of rope around the waist?
I thought of others but they wouldnt have any carry over to match situations
