    I applied a few hours after the quota was full (WTN in the 6800s) but got started with Stage 1 in May and have just finished submitting the documents for the Stage 2 application.

    I've seen that notification about the PAFSO strike as well, hope it doesn't delay it too much. Looking at skbehan's and most other recent posts, they seemed to be taking max 2 weeks, despite the strike. I guess when the application is submitted online at least you know it's not just going to be thrown on a forgotten heap of brown envelopes somewhere :-D

    BTW I saw some people were having issues where they were approved but didn't get the LOI, there is an instruction to update your Kompass account with the CIC app number so they're linked, maybe that's the cause..?

    Additional Documents Requested: none, but I emailed them my UCI, which I hadn't put in the application form

    I was a bit worried as I hadn't put down the UCI number (you only have one if you went previously) in the IMM1295. I emailed them (question@cic.gc.ca) later with the details, didn't receive a reply but they accepted in any case and the PoE has the right UCI on it.
