Really depends on what you're making.

I have to agree. What are you trying to make?

Never tried almond flour (is that the same as ground almonds? They are great for cooking with, you can raise cake with egg and makes a lovely sponge). Coconut flour is the most thickening thing I have ever come across, behaves a bit like cornflour when you mix it with water, but more thickening! Haven't baked with it.

Coconut milk is great for curry. I personally use don't use the powder. I stick to the actual coconut milk. However, not all curries need coconut milk! Almond flour is not commonly except in Asian drinks. Crushed almonds are more common than the flour though. Very little almond flour is used in curry, at least from my limited experience. Almond flour is more common in sweet dessert items. I am not sure of using either of them being used in meatballs though. I looked up and saw this topic was posted in health and fitness. Avoid coconut milk if you can. Having a little is all right but using a lot is not good. In Asia, doctors tell over patients and people with heart problems to avoid coconut milk altogether. Almonds were traditionally used in India as a protein source for wrestlers. It is really good stuff but has a fair bit of fat though. If there is something specific you want to make, ask again and I might have a recipe for it.
