Ok guys so I've been using this app on and off for a while but I'm always slightly overwhelmed with the calorie count and was wondering if anyone knows if its 100% accurate / fairly accurate etc...

I'm also using my fitness pal and MMW is giving me 545 cals burned on a 6.6km (55mins) route so I'm knocking that off my daily cal allowence... It just seems like a lot of calories...

    It's not really that accurate.

If you want a better estimation of your calories burn get yourself a heart rate monitor.

A lot of standard calculators use an average of 100 calories burned for running or jogging 1mile, if you weigh 70kg.
    Walking would be less.

545 calories for 4 miles seems like a lot, but it depends what weight you are.

Try this calculator to see what it predicts for your weight.
