    Hi All,
got my BMI and Body fat percentage measure last night with this device.
    http://www.mortonmedical.co.uk/Omron_Body_Composition_Monitor_compact_~p~467.htm

I had percentage body fat measured last year by a professional using clipers at numerous parts of the body - the "pinch more than an inch method"!

I don't believe that this machine for 24 € is more accurate the a manual method, any opinions?

Neither are accurate but bodyfat calipers are better than that heap of junk!

Calipers definitely better. I have an Omron scales with hand and feet sensors and it gives me a very high reading.

Yeah, sure the exceptions for accurate readings are massive. It looks like non athletic people in a resting state are the only ones who can get accurate measurements.
I have a salter bf/bmi scales as well and it's normally 5-10% higher than when done on a 4-7 point calliper reading.
For that simple reason, I'm out
